1. About NestSet

NestSet is an on-demand home styling and reset service for modern Indian homes. We are not a cleaning company, not a maid service, and not a full interior design or renovation firm. Our work focuses on visible home presentation — styling, decluttering, arrangement, and last-mile reset support.

2. Pre-launch / early access

The forms on this website are part of an early-access waitlist. Submitting your details does not constitute a booking. We will reach out to you when NestSet opens in your area, and only then can a service be scheduled and confirmed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on this website. If you are applying as a stylist, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to take on freelance or part-time work in India.

4. Services and pricing

Indicative pricing displayed on the website (e.g., "services from ₹500", "first service at ₹99") is a directional guide only. Actual pricing for a confirmed booking depends on the service selected, location, and scope. Pricing for any booked service will always be confirmed in writing before the service begins.

5. Stylist applications

Submitting a stylist application does not guarantee acceptance. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted as we begin onboarding. Engagement terms, rates, and deliverables for stylists will be provided in a separate agreement at the point of onboarding.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
• Do not attempt to access protected admin areas, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the NestSet name, logo, copy, and imagery — is owned by NestSet or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The website and any pre-launch information are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees about the timing of launch in any specific area.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NestSet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is capped at ₹1,000.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
